Shannon Mullen is the owner of The Happy Caker, a custom cake business based in Phoenix, AZ. She is self taught and has been baking and decorating cakes since 2011. Her journey in cake design started when she made a fondant cake for her daughter's birthday. A spark ignited and she has been making cakes ever since.

 

Shannon has a passion for creating novelty and children’s cakes. In addition to being a cake artist, she is also a mother of three wonderful children.
